This summer through the CSU summer program, I was able to complete my internship requirement. So, I worked at a nature center doing summer camps. It was a really cool internship. It actually worked out really well. The internship helped with my coursework when I came back in the fall, and I was really glad to have that real life experience before coming into the course. The cool thing about doing a summer course is that it's not a huge commitment. It kind of can be like a little trial and experiment and see what you like, see what you don't like, which is just as important. And then leaving at the end of the day, having spent the whole day outside was definitely my favorite part.
